The “Precious Moments” of Little Miss Anthony

Caylee Marie’s Prayer:

May little miss Caylee’s life teach us all to forgive one another as I believe she has forgiven the unspeakable she experienced in this life. If her beautiful life has taught us anything it should have taught us how to love unconditionally. At two and a half years of age, Miss Caylee Marie knew no other kind of love. “Blessed are the pure of heart for they shall see God,” Caylee Marie is now surely blessed. 

Caylee Marie Anthony was a beautiful, bright eyed little girl who enjoyed the things all little girls enjoy. She had grandparents and an uncle who adored her and made those “sugar and spice and everything nice” moments possible for her. Tragically, Caylee’s time amongst us was very brief.

In her memory, this site is dedicated to all the little children who have graced us with their presence even if it was only for a moment in time. I believe as a society we must honor the hope and dreams of the innocent. Especially those little one’s where justice seems to have failed them.

When it comes to the premature death or abuse of any child, life can seem unfair and cruel.  Yet life itself is enriched with the memory of these brief encounters’s that reveals to us the eternal. Caylee’s life will bring about change not only in how we look at life but also how to react properly to it.

Through the possible enactment of new laws dealing with the disappearance of children, little Caylee would never realize the difference her little life would make. She captivated us all with her playful smile and her little light shown extraordinary while she was here.

Finally, Caylee’s short life teaches us there is a beauty and truth found in the ashes of all tragedy and suffering. Life’s great lie and hold it has over every human being is the promise of tomorrow. The promise of tomorrow is just a thought.  If we embrace each moment as it happens then the sacred always shines through. This is the truth of life and the open secret we all must accept if we are to stay sane in a world that borders on the insane.

Caylee Marie will always be with us. She eternally exists in our memories through the haunting images of her playing with her dolls, reading her favorite children’s book and her seemingly endless posing for the camera. That is what guardian angels are all about and the presence of unconditional love we sense when those close to us have passed on.  Goodbye for now and I could have told you Caylee,  “this world was never  meant for one as beautiful as you.”
